Report	* We have received reports that containership, HSL NIKE, experienced an engine failure whilst navigating in the English Channel, in a position north of Boulogne, France on 26 December 2022. * The vessel was later taken under tow by tug to Dunkirk, for inspection and possibly repairs, where the convoy safely arrived on 27 December 2022. * It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty. * We therefore recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
