MAI LEHMANN

* We have received reports that general cargo vessel, MAI LEHMANN experienced a fire in the cargo hold whilst berthed at Soderhamn, Sweden on 20 December 2023.

* It is reported that the affected cargo was discharged from the vessel to enable the fire to be extinguished.

*The vessel currently remains moored at Soderhamn where investigations into the cause of the fire will take place.

*It is possible that recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

*We recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo stowed on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
