Report	* We have received reports that Bulk Carrier BW OSAKA experienced an engine failure off Cuxhaven, Germany on 14 January 2024. * It is reported that three tugs were deployed to assist the vessel which was taken under tow to Hansaport, Hamburg where the vessel was safely berthed. * It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty. * We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
